I think if you always wanted to talk to somebody, talk to them. Who cares if they find you annoying?, they either reply or they don’t. — And if they ignore you, fine, their loss. 

When you think about it, you never know what’s gonna happen when you start talking. It could be good or it could be bad, but I’d rather have some shit happen rather than sit here and contemplate on talking to this person or not.
